Investigation Services
Our investigations are conducted by a neutral and impartial investigator to avoid any perception of bias. The interviewing, fact-finding, analysis and conclusions are made by an experienced, legally trained investigator. A comprehensive report is prepared which is designed to withstand scrutiny and review. Recommendations are provided, if requested, as well as suggestions for addressing any systemic issues uncovered during the investigation.

Consulting
We provide consulting services on an array of matters as needed for clients. We review investigations to determine if they were conducted properly and in accordance with the principles of procedural fairness and natural justice.
