About Us

Madhu M. Gupta is an experienced workplace investigator, lawyer and author. She acts as an external, neutral third-party investigator for both the private and public sector in both unionized and non-unionized settings. She has a successful track record in conducting thorough, objective, timely and professional workplace investigations in areas including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, workplace harassment, psychological harassment, workplace violence, bullying, poisonous work environment, and human rights violations.  She also provides investigation consulting for in house investigators, assists with policy review and development and facilitates training workshops. She is co-author of several books on sexual harassment and investigations.

Madhu M. Gupta holds an LL.B. from the University of Calgary and a J.D. from the University of Michigan law School where she graduated with the Order of the Coif. She is a member of the bars of Ontario, Alberta, and Illinois. She is also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), a committee member of the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators (CAWI)  as well as the CAWI Ottawa Convener.
